Greasewood Flat satisfies any yearnings for the times when a hard working hand could eat up in peace around a campfire, hard liquor scraping the gullet to go with charred chops and ash laden beans.
Hard working dudes can still dream it up in this old desert party bunkhouse more than a century old. Hearty burgers and hot dogs, open-air grilled like they should, pair with cowboy beans, nachos, and chili. No sissy sauces to ruin them all.
Burgers are 90% free of fat. When culprits are caught, no doubt
they will pay.
Outside picnic tables rule, bare and hard. Live music shows are allowed on weekends, and desert campfires warm up cold beer drinkers when evenings are cold.
Marshmallows show up once in a while, roasted and sweet. No weaknes, folks, John Wayne would have approved
a campfire cowboy sweet tooth.
