Large, upscale, and softly lit, SKYE has a setting to match any of the many hats a dining customer may want to wear.

Dancing and dining? In the lower level. Outdoors dining? In any of four outside patios. A more intimate dining? In the upper level, peeking on the music and dancing going on in the lower level. Total intimacy? In private dining rooms. Drinks to toast oneself or each other? Three well-stocked bars are at the ready, before dinner, after dinner, or with no dinner in the mix.

Daily live entertainment is the unifying feature here. So is artfully presented good all American cuisine, with a twist where needed. New York Gorgonzola Steak and Lobster macaroni and cheese rub elbows with pork chops, rack of lamb, fresh fish, southwest inspired dishes, and other staples.
